Impact of Knowing More
To live now is unique. The crisis energy you feel is interwoven into everyday experiences. You will feel it on some days more than others. You will sense an anxiety within many people you meet. Sometimes you will feel a hurricane or earthquake thousands of miles away.
What does it mean to sense such things? Here are three guidelines.
Sensing More - You are sensing more of reality because of your growing spiritual awareness. As you travel your path of light and shed old fear-based patterns, your sensitivities increase. This is normal. You will feel more, hear more, see more, and sense more than you could before. Some things in your life that previously were a mystery begin to make sense. These shifts in awareness happen in stages over time.
Avoiding Reaction - As much as possible, avoid reacting to the crisis you feel in yourself, others, and your world. When you are in reaction mode your energy frequency drops. This will negatively color your view of situations - resulting in reduced clarity, fear, and doubt. If you find yourself reacting, center yourself with your breath, connect with your body, and change the focus in your mind. Invite your inner wisdom to show you a higher view of the situation.
Using What You Know - You are opening your senses more all the time. This often means you are becoming aware of things before anyone tells you about them. A common pitfall is to feel obligated to fix or otherwise address what you are noticing. The pressure of seeing someone suffer - even if you don't know him or her personally - can feel unbearable. You want to help. This is understandable. However, keep in mind that there isn't always a purpose for your seeing what you see. Your awareness allows you to sense the truth of your reality. Your task is to learn to observe in a neutral way, applying intuitively guided reason. Over time you will learn to trust your higher wisdom to show you the optimal responses.
